Kristy Nicholson joins Lockton's People Solutions team

Lockton, the largest privately-owned insurance brokerage, today announced the appointment of Kristy Nicholson to the position of Head of Work Health & Safety.

Ms. Nicholson has spent over 17 years delivering safety consulting at Marsh, the past six of which she has led a team of 30 Work Health & Safety consultants.

Ms. Nicholson has extensive experience designing and delivering strategic safety and psychological risk management solutions for clients in various industries and sectors including, Manufacturing, Transport and Logistics, Education, Aged Care and Community Services, Real Estate and Property, and Finance and Professional Services. She also has over 20 years’ experience in safety and injury management consulting.

In this newly created role, Ms. Nicholson will deliver in-house safety and risk solutions to Lockton clients and work closely with the broader People Solutions team to better manage people risk, leading to reduced workplace incidents and illness, reduced claims, and reduced insurance premiums.

Ms. Nicholson will be building a team of specialists to support clients in all areas of safety and psychological risk, as well as partnering with key providers to support Lockton clients to achieve their goals for safety performance.
