Lockton, the world’s largest privately held insurance brokerage, is pleased to announce the appointment of Aaron Culbertson as U.S. Real Estate Practice Leader. Culbertson’s appointment underscores Lockton’s commitment to supporting clients in every facet of the real estate landscape — ultimately helping them remain focused on growth.
Since joining Lockton in 2008, Culbertson has advised clients on complex risk management and insurance solutions. He most recently served as Managing Director for Lockton’s real estate operations in the Western U.S. In his new role, he will drive strategy, enhance client service, make targeted investments, and expand Lockton’s presence within the industry.

Culbertson was a key collaborator in the development of Lockton’s newly launched Real Estate Intelligence Platform (opens a new window), which transforms data into actionable insights. Expanding client access to real‑time market data is one of several priorities Culbertson will champion in his new role.
