Lockton Launches U.S. Aviation Practice to Support Clients Across Evolving Risk Landscape

Taylor Anderson Appointed to Lead National Practice, Support Global Alignment

Lockton, the world’s largest privately held independent insurance brokerage, today announced the launch of its U.S. Aviation Practice, a dedicated national platform designed to help aviation and aerospace organizations navigate increasingly complex operational, regulatory, geopolitical, and insurance market challenges.

The practice strengthens coordination among Lockton’s aviation specialists and industry resources—including aligning with the firm’s global network—to deliver tailored risk advisory, insurance placement, and strategic risk management solutions for clients across the global aviation and aerospace ecosystem. As part of the launch, Lockton has appointed Taylor Anderson as U.S. Aviation Practice Leader.

Expert Leadership

Anderson’s promotion to U.S. Aviation Practice Leader follows seven years as Lockton’s Senior Vice President, Defense & Aerospace for the southeastern U.S. In that role, he advised complex organizations—including government contractors and aerospace firms—on risk identification, insurance program design, and strategic risk management in highly regulated environments. He has played a key role in expanding Lockton’s aviation capabilities across the United States.
