Her team will specialize in providing tailored advisory on Directors and Officers liability, financial lines, and cyber risk, designing the specific insurance solutions clients need to manage regulatory demands and governance scrutiny. Lanctôt will also oversee Lockton’s market management and insurer relations across all commercial lines in Canada.
Based in Montreal, her bilingual leadership strengthens Lockton’s strategic partnerships with insurance markets, ensuring Canadian clients gain access to optimal carrier capacity, custom program structures, and competitive pricing. This dual mandate ensures Lockton brokers can secure exceptional service, innovative program solutions, and optimal outcomes for their clients.
