The U.S.-focused award is one of the insurance industry’s most respected workplace recognition programs, honoring employers with strong employee engagement and satisfaction, workplace culture, and people-focused programs. Best Places to Work in Insurance is an annual workplace recognition program presented by Business Insurance and Best Companies Group. The program identifies leading insurance employers through a two-part assessment that includes an employer questionnaire about company policies, practices, and demographics, along with an employee engagement and satisfaction survey.
